You have 14 days to return the item(s) using any of the following methods:

• Free store return, take your order back to our store (Myslíkova 4, Praha 2)
• Send the goods back to us (we do not provide a return label, shipping costs is paid by the customer)

• Please note that leather used for this product has been worked by a craftsman, and this is a result of careful selection, therefore some defects, for instance veins, shading and color irregularities should be considered natural features of the leather. The bag you purchased is handmade and should be kept far away from grease products, rough surfaces and from the other goods, the colour of which could migrate (for example blue jeans).
• We recommend to take care of your leather product on a monthly basis. Especially with natural products such as vaseline and beeswax. Protect your bag from rain. The leather must not be washed. We suggest you to keep your bag in its dust bag after use.
• No dry clean / No iron / Unwashable
